You fax us the source documents.
We login to your PC using a remote desktop
access service, like (GoToMyPC), update
your accounting records and logout. We can
use any software you have Quickbooks,
Peachtree, etc.
You login to your PC and see your updated
accounting records.
Monthly cost for Go To My PC $19.95.
A high speed internet connection such as
DSL or cable is recommended for both
options above.
Option 3
At month end you send us a copy of you bank
statements, credit card statements, some
yard management system reports, and a
daily cash reconciliation sheet, and provide
us a backup copy of your accounting records.
We do your bank reconciliation, produce
financial statements, and send you the
General Journal entries to make in your
accounting system.
